BIO HUB ASIA

Bio Hub Asia is the first vertical co-creation estate on Bio-Circular-Green Economy (BCG) in Thailand and South East Asia.

Bio Hub Asia’s mission is to leverage country’s bio-resources with optimal cost and zero pollution to sustainably serve Thailand and the World (SDG-oriented)

Bio Hub Asia applies CSV practice of which we create economic value in a way that creates value for community and society by addressing its challenges, as well as incorporating ESG framework to tackle environmental, social and corporate governance concerns and become our value proposition

Bio Hub Asia designed to be the fully integrated BCG Smart Eco Agro industrial estate in Chachoengsao province.

We will be consisting of 54 Bio-related factories such as bio-chemicals, bio-refinery, biogas energy, future food, naturally extracted pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, and medicine and health as well as to establish the Research and Development Center for Innovation.

The project has gained cooperation from the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) committee and the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI).

It is eligible for a corporate income tax break for up to eight years, and several other tax and non-tax related.

Other incentives include exemptions or reductions from import duties on machinery, raw materials and R&D materials, permission to own land for a foreign majority owned company, and permission to hire foreign workers and experts to work in investment promoted activities.

ECO AGRO INDRUSTRY

The main objective of the development will be the creation of a new ECO AGRO INDUSTRY technology to Thailand which will be the new s-curb industry integrated 3 major targeted industries; Advanced Agriculture and Biotechnology, Food & Feed for Future and Biofuel, and Biochemical.

Industrial Development

To help diversify the country’s exports to improve its international balance of payments To help uplift farmers’ income by improved and increased both quality and quantity of farming products.

New Community Development

The New Community for the year 2021, the projected population for the New Community is about 25,000 units including human hygienic, friendly, amenities and hospitality facilities , clubhouse, school, sport facilities, nursery, etc.
